1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 222abc platform located at 222abc.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 222abc (the "Platform" or "Operator"). If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the 222abc platform and close your account if one has already been created.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by 222abc, including but not limited to: the sportsbook (including cricket betting, football, kabaddi, and virtual sports), the live casino, slot games, crash games, the loyalty and VIP programme, all promotional offers and bonuses, the cashier and payment services, and customer support communications.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration & Verification

To participate in any real-money activity on the 222abc platform, you must create a registered player account. Account creation is free of charge. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 222abc platform at any given time. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or under the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 222abc reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and withhold associated winnings pending a compliance investigation.

3.2 Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The 222abc Welcome Bonus offers eligible new players a 100% matched deposit bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To be eligible, a player must have a fully verified account and must opt in to the bonus before making the qualifying deposit. The Welcome Bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. Players who create multiple accounts in order to claim the Welcome Bonus multiple times will have all duplicate accounts and associated winnings forfeited.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 222abc are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal request can be processed. Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Validity & Forfeiture

Each bonus has a validity period within which the wagering requirements must be met. If you do not satisfy the wagering requirements within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings derived from it will be automatically forfeited from your account. 222abc will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

222abc actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, using betting patterns that exploit specific bonus structures, and withdrawing before genuine gameplay following a bonus claim. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided, and may be permanently closed.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all real-money wagering activity on the 222abc platform, covering sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, and virtual sports), live casino games (including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Andar Bahar), slot games, and crash games including Aviator.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play odds are updated in real time. A bet is not considered accepted until you receive a confirmation notification from the platform. 6.3 Casino Game Rules

6.4 Voided Bets & Malfunction

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 222abc platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

9. Account Suspension & Closure

222abc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account without prior notice in the following circumstances: confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion; failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe; receipt of a chargeback dispute from a payment provider; or at the discretion of the compliance team where the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 222abc account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before processing a closure request, 222abc will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests are settled to your nominated payment method. Accounts that hold an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements will have the bonus removed prior to closure; any real-money balance remaining after bonus removal will be returned.

9.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 222abc will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder prior to applying a dormancy policy. Dormant accounts with a positive real-money balance may be subject to an administrative fee as permitted under applicable regulations, after prior written notice to the registered email address. The dormancy policy does not apply to accounts that have been self-excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 222abc and its affiliates, directors, employees, technology partners, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or related to your use of the 222abc platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; inability to access the platform; delays in deposit or withdrawal processing; or any decisions made based on information provided on the platform.

222abc makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted. Planned and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access to all or part of the platform. 222abc will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods wherever possible.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 222abc platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game content, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 222abc or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the 222abc brand, platform, or any content made available through the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the 222abc platform or its content without the prior written consent of 222abc. Unauthorised use of 222abc intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. 12. Amendments & Governing Law

222abc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
